‘NOT YOUR AVERAGE ROLLER SHUTTER’ best describes the Centurion 2000 Roller Shutters manufactured at our Cameron Park factory. After rigorous testing on prototype vehicles, our Centurion 2000 Roller Shutters have been specified & supplied onto fire appliances to almost all Fire Services throughout Australia & New Zealand as well as State Emergency Service, Airport Crash Tenders & Mines Fire/Rescue appliances. Whether it is for an ‘Urban Pumper’, ‘Aerial Appliance’, ‘Bushfire Response 4WD’ or ‘Rescue Unit’, our Century 2000 Roller Shutters are there on the front-line. Our greatest critics are the end-users, the fire-fighters & emergency workers who put our products to the test under the most extreme conditions almost every day of the week. We seek their comments whenever we can to ensure that we are still getting it right & that feedback tells us that we are. As a result we are now supplying the Centurion 2000 Roller Shutters to other fleet users such as Utility Companies.

The Centurion 2000 Roller Shutter is manufactured from prime billet aluminium that is extruded & anodised to our specifications. The shutter curtain is a ‘Box Lath’ construction that ensures the back of the shutter is smooth ensuring loose equipment does not jam the shutter operation. The shutter is fully sealed with top, side & latch seals. The latch assembly is an exclusive design that always ensures full contact by gloved or un-gloved hand without the danger of jamming fingers or hands plus a very positive opening & closing mechanism. Full traceability of every individual shutter we manufacture ensures a speedy response & minimal vehicle downtime if shutters are damaged. A number of options are available such as Key locks, Central Locking, ‘Shutter Open’ Alarm Switches plus ‘Litstrip’ & ‘LED’ Cabinet Lighting.
